"Calling on Angels."

I have called on angels for many years, but until recently I did so without full conscious thought. I asked God to send them when I prayed. But now I realize that they are always there, and I ask them directly for help ... and they always answer.

It is the role that they have chosen, as messengers of God; in sharing love and giving support.

I will give you an example of how I know that they are real. It is one amongst many, but today I was made to remember one occasion some months ago.

As part of the publishing process of 'White Balloons' I had to fill in forms. And on this day I was tired after providing many details on one particular form. I came to a section where I was required to give a summary of my story, as a 'look into the book". I decided that it would be quite a task to select the perfect piece, so I asked if there was an angel who could help me.

Straight away a strong thought came, telling me which part of my story to use. And when I went to the pages I  knew instantly; what was written there was exactly right! And then I had to give a quote from my book ... again I asked, and the answer came quickly to me.

I was amazed! And I asked which angel was helping me ... and the answer came back clearly, that it was Gabriel.

I knew that it wasn't my imagination, and after that I called on Gabriel whenever I was stuck ... and I knew that it had been Gabriel who had been guiding me all along with my writing.

Today this was confirmed for me - when I decided that I wanted to find out more about the Angels. I looked online first, and looked up Archangel Gabriel , and found that she was female(I had been calling her - he!) I read that one of Gabriel's supporting roles concerns the area of communication ... and with writing and publishing!

I went out and bought a book on Angels after this, and now I am getting to know them personally. I want to know who I am calling on ... because I now see them as dear friends ... just like the ones in human form I know ...

Ps. I have done further research on Archangel Gabriel, and mostly this angel is known as male, but it seems that angels are neither male nor female.
